Wow, surprised at the bad reviews. I just did take out here today. The guy at the counter thought I said tuna but I said teriyaki chicken, I corrected him though. The line was fast and the checkout girl was friendly. I've been to this location one other time, a while ago, and it was fine then too.

This location was extremely dirty. The employees were unprofessional. Talking on the phone. Using dirty knives on food. Service was slow. I will not be eating here ever again. There was a female dark brown hair and glasses and a young man brown hair blue eyes. When I told the boy who was making my sandwich that he was cross contaminating things with the dirty knife he said well I don't own this place I only work here. And I said well I'm only eating here. Then he said as long as your hands don't touch the food that there is no cross-contamination. I said he was wrong. Meanwhile the woman that was working there was chatting on the phone and a line was forming. As I left they both made it clear I didn't have to eat there and laughed.

this is for the Subway on Maple Rd next to the Burger King. My family wanted the 3 footlongs for $12 special available after 4pm. I walked in, there was no other customers. One guy was mopping the floor, the other worker was washing her hands. the girl asked for my order, I read from the list and told her what I wanted. As usual the gal asked me if any of the subs were to be toasted. I said no. Everything was going well until it was time for the lady to put toppings on my sandwiches. She took pitiful pinches of the toppings on to each sub. More than 3 times I had to say, uh please add more lettuce, tomatoes, pickles etc. It was if these vegetables were in short supply. I asked the girl to stop and listen to me... she stopped look up at me. and I said... I will leave if you don't make my order the way I want it. She stared at me as if she had Xray vision and was staring through me. Then she started to Slop every topping on each sandwich. Slop Slop Slop. It was a frigging mess. She slap the shit together. I had asked her to mark the paper so I would know what each one was. I had ordered Angus Burger sub, the Cold Cut Combo sub, and the Spicy Italian sub. She rang it up. without saying a word. As I left I had the feeling I should of left the stuff there without paying and went elsewhere. But since my family had requested Subway I had little choice. When I got home, my wife started laughing. I asked her what was up. She told me to come over and read the writing on each sub... It said Anus... Cold Crap... Spicy Mess. I was floored. I was angry. and I laughed a little bit too. The b*tch girl at Subway took her anger out and had the last word. Personally I think there is a real serious issue with People working in Food service lately. Gone are the days of Customer Service and Working a Job with a good attitude.

I usually visit this Subway a few times a year when I work in the area with my father. We always take lunch at around 11:00 am, so I am not familiar with the crowds. With that said, this is your standard Subway restaurant with all the items you would expect at a Subway. I really don't have a lot of add to this review, except to say that if you are looking to fulfill your Subway expectations, this location will suffice.

I usually get better quality and serivce but today was terrible. Went there right before noon and was the only one there. The girl behind the counter was just taking her time and not even a courteous smile. I asked her to toast the flat bread twice and that didn't happen. The spinach was slimy and wilty. When you go to a subway, you expect fresh ingredients.
